We really loved people and staff, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. There is bar Rodilla, set 500 metres walk away. A very spacious superior room was a highlight for us. Perfect base for 7 nights...

We would recommend as we enjoyed Catalonia Ramblas. Magnificent location, helpful staff, plenty of food for the buffet breakfast. Room was good sized, bed was comfortable.

Marvellous location and clean pool. A nice choice while travelling to Barcelona. Within a walking distance of placa catalunya;)))

Tourist destinations like mercat de la boqueria where adjacent to this place. Ciudad Condal, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. The room had a big balcony.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable.

As always the location to the sights and the proximity to the subways, the breakfast, the quiet, not annoying housekeeping.

As in almost all Spanish hotels. They always try to get paid on arrival. Subsequent complaints will at best result in a slanted grin and a shrug of the shoulders. In this hotel there was no reason to complain, because I already refused the offered room on the 2nd floor when I checked in (but they try again and again).

the location is perfect , good stuf

I paid 990 euro to stay four night in this hotel so I was expecting something nice and friendly. The pool (although small) is nice enough and the room was modern although it was quite dark and the bed was smaller than a double bed. (I did however book a double room for a single person).

The hotel was lacking atmosphere and had a "cold vibe about it". This hotel is quite busy. I found the manner of the guys that worked at the reception desk quite unfriendly when checking in and out of the hotel. They didnt even ask how my stay was. I know they are busy but they really don't go out of their way to smile and make you feel welcome. Upon checking in they kept answering the phone ( 3 different calls) instead of foccusing on checking me in. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again as I expect more and better service for the money I paid.

Staff is very polite, breakfast was good, Hotel is located next to Ramblas street, and even city tour bus stop is across the street, what was fantastic when you have to walk all day.

I book junior sweet room with terrace and pool, but on arrival receptionist said they had a problem with bookings and they moved us into superior room. But, thanks God!for reduced price, This was very unpleasant. Next day they transfer us to our booked junior room. Room was nice and clean. But pool wasn’t operable (no lights, not buttons, nothing). During day it is fantastic, but nobody will sit in the pool during the day. When you come back in the room in the evening, you would like to use the pool, to rest after hot day, but it is extremely cold and no lights in the evening. I would never take that room again. And roof view wasn’t so fantastic. Just roofs all around, there is no see view, too long distance to beaches.

Water temperature of shower could not be controlled. It was so hot from the tap. It must be checked.
